Virtual coaching and therapy

No need to consider commute time. Book your appointment with a mental health specialist directly in the app, from the comfort of your home. We first establish the baseline severity of the symptoms you’re experiencing to define a personalized therapy plan and to track your progress over time.

Our members typically see positive changes after 3-5 sessions, such as feeling more confident to better cope with stress, anxiety, and other issues that might impact their overall well-being.
